Refund Policy

At Build-It Motorsport, we design and build products to solve real vehicle needs. Because many of our items are produced in small batches, made to order, or application-specific, please review our refund policy carefully before purchasing.

Returns

We accept returns on eligible items within 14 days of delivery.

To be eligible for a return, the item must:

• Be unused and in original condition
• Be returned in its original packaging when possible
• Not show signs of installation, modification, damage, or wear
• Not be a custom, made-to-order, or special-order item

Proof of purchase is required for all returns.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return or refund unless they arrive damaged or incorrect:

• Custom or made-to-order products
• Special-order items
• Installed or used items
• Items damaged during installation or misuse
• Clearance or final sale items

Because many of our products are vehicle-specific, it is the customer’s responsibility to confirm fitment and application before ordering.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If you receive an item that is damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us within 7 days of delivery at chris@builditmotorsport.com.

Please include:

• Your order number
• A description of the issue
• Clear photos of the item and packaging

If the issue is verified, we will work with you to provide a replacement, store credit, or refund as appropriate.

Return Authorization

Do not send items back without contacting us first.

All returns must be approved in advance. Unauthorized returns may be refused.

To start a return, contact us at chris@builditmotorsport.com with your order number and reason for return.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you whether your refund has been approved.

If approved, refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days. Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless:

• The wrong item was sent
• The item arrived damaged
• The item is confirmed to be defective

We recommend using a trackable shipping service. We are not responsible for returns lost in transit.

Order Cancellations

Orders may be canceled only if production has not started and the order has not shipped.

If an order has already entered production, especially for made-to-order items, it may no longer be eligible for cancellation.

Fitment and Product Use

Many Build-It Motorsport products are intended for specific vehicles, setups, or use cases. It is the buyer’s responsibility to verify compatibility before purchase.

We are not responsible for damage, loss, or expense resulting from improper installation, misuse, modification, or use outside the intended application.
