Shipping Policy

At Build-It Motorsport, we ship products within the contiguous United States and Canada only.

Some products may not be available for shipment to California due to product type, materials, or application restrictions. If a product cannot be shipped to your location, we reserve the right to cancel the order and issue a refund.

Shipping Rates

Shipping charges are calculated at checkout when possible. However, some orders may be subject to additional shipping charges based on product size, weight, destination, or carrier rates. If additional shipping charges apply, we will contact you before processing or shipping the order.

Processing and Shipping Times

Order processing times may vary depending on product availability, production time, and order volume. Some products may be made to order or produced in small batches, which can affect shipment timing.

Estimated shipping times are provided as a guideline only and are not guaranteed.

Build-It Motorsport is not responsible for shipping delays caused by carrier service interruptions, weather, customs processing, or other events outside our control.

Lost or Damaged Shipments

Once an order has been shipped, it becomes the responsibility of the shipping carrier. Build-It Motorsport is not responsible for items lost, stolen, delayed, or damaged in transit.

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us as soon as possible at chris@builditmotorsport.com and retain all packaging materials so a claim can be reviewed.

Incorrect Shipping Information

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information at checkout. Build-It Motorsport is not responsible for delays, losses, or additional costs resulting from incorrect or incomplete shipping information provided by the customer.
