Designed specifically for 2003–2008 5.7L Hemi Ram truck factory intake manifolds and All 6.4L Hemi Ram truck factory intake manifolds, this PCV Reroute makes it easy to properly install and route an oil catch can system.
Because the factory PCV system on these intake manifolds is self-contained, adding an oil catch can correctly can be difficult without a proper reroute solution. This part is built to solve that problem by giving you a clean, effective way to reroute the crankcase ventilation system.
Each unit is made in the USA using a high-quality 3D printing process for a precise fit and dependable performance. Some parts are made to order, so lead times may vary, but most orders ship the next business day. Tracking information will be provided as soon as your order ships.
Instructions-
T- TOP Designates the port that connects to the intake manifold.
B- BOTTOM Designates the port that connects to the crankcase.
The ports are designed for use with compatible 3/8 inch hose.
DON'T FORGET - Your PCV Reroute does not come with O-rings. You will need to swap them over from your factory PCV valve.
Lubricate Ports and O-rings with engine oil.
It is recommended to route the oil catch can system on most applications as follows:
B Port (Crankcase) > Oil Catch Can (Inlet Port)
Oil Catch Can (Outlet/Vacuum Port) > Inline aftermarket PCV Valve (Note which way your valve flows) > T Port (Manifold Vacuum)

Do NOT install by twisting on the ports.
DO install by twisting gently at the bridge located at the base of the two ports. This portion is intended to be used for installation.
